3. Purposes for which we use your data

4. Legal basis of processing
The legal basis for processing your data will be our overriding legitimate interests (under Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”).
If we use some of your personal data that we receive from other members of our franchise network, in particular from our franchisees, the legal basis for the processing will be your consent according to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR which will be requested in a separate process. When you are asked for your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. However, this would not affect the lawfulness of processing your data based on consent before its withdrawal.
5. Broadcasting and Data Transfers
As far as necessary, for the purposes mentioned above, we will transfer your personal data to the following recipients:

· Other IT service providers we use.
Some of the recipients mentioned above are located or process the personal data outside your country. The level of data protection in another country may not be equivalent to that of your country. However, we transfer personal data only to countries which the European Commission has recognized as having an adequate level of data protection or we take steps to ensure that all recipients comply with an adequate level of data protection. We exercise this constraint, for example, by establishing an appropriate data transfer agreement, based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC). 6. The duration of the conversation
We will only keep your data that we collect automatically when you visit our website for no longer than six months.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will keep your email address until you unsubscribe from this newsletter. If you have registered on our website, we will keep your data for as long as your account exists and then only for the legal retention period of your data.
In addition, we will keep your personal data obtained from other members of our franchise network at least until the end of your professional relationship with a member of our franchise network and, thereafter, as long as there are obligations statutory retention periods or potential claims are not yet time-barred.
